I, Ronald Wimberly Taylor, bring a multitude of experiences and educational expertise to bear in my consulting role for ERC. Having worked in higher education for 5 years as an academic advisor I am intimately familiar with the mental hurdles and barriers that can cause “analysis paralysis.” Additionally, having worked in higher education for 2 years in a career center I am also keenly aware of the talent demands of employers. My educational background in psychology and counseling provide me unique insights into the psychological barriers that can prevent people from committing to their goals. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Masters of Counselor Education both from the University of Virginia.
